Contains naturally sourced vitamin E which is better absorbed and retained than synthetic forms of vitamin E
How it works
Vitamin E is a fat-soluble vitamin that has antioxidant properties that protect cell membranes from damage. Vitamin E is incorporated into the cell membranes throughout the body to maintain the structural integrity of the cells. Vitamin E with antioxidant function is a "free radical scavenger". A variety of functions in the body produce free radicals, which are common in the body. Some free radicals are products of the body's energy production, partly caused by air or other environmental pollutants, and partly by lifestyle habits - including excessive fat intake, smoking or drinking. Most of the free radicals are eliminated by the body's natural antioxidant and anti-free radical defense functions. However, some of the free radicals may circumvent the body's defenses and accumulate in the body. Studies have shown that free accumulation based on the body can cause cell damage. Vitamin E helps to protect the arterial wall from free radical damage and maintain healthy heart. The inner wall of the normal blood vessel wall is thin and elastic, and the damaged blood vessel wall is prone to hardening, which makes the inner membrane thicker and harder.
